1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our site or enrolling in programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide training programs in cinematography and camera operation, including workshops, masterclasses, and coaching. We may modify or discontinue offerings at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Unless noted otherwise, charges are final. Refunds may be offered for cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the start date, subject to processing fees.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow safety instructions and respect other participants. We may remove participants who disrupt sessions or compromise safety, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials are owned by Shotcraft Institute or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning only. Do not copy, distribute, or record sessions without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

We provide training "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable program.

9. Rescheduling and cancellations

We may reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, venue constraints, or safety concerns. If we cancel, you may receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
